Big W Women’s Apparel Immersion

Challenge – Executives and Senior Managers wanted to incorporate the consumer point of view more fully into their strategic planning

Approach – Pre-arranged interviews and shopping sessions, executives were given a kit to approach the discussion and we facilitated a workshop after the interviews to bring together the findings

Result – Increased buy-in for the consumer point of view and a common understanding of the consumer issues and how they might be incorporated into the direction of women’s apparel in new stores and store makeovers.
